Takashi Murakami for Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Announcement

Japanese superflat artist Takashi Murakami will be making his way to New York City this November as an announcement has been made about his role in this year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. He’ll be designing two floats, each based off his studio mascots, “Kaikai” and “Kiki”, with the heads measuring in at 16 ft wide. No further information is available at the moment but stay tuned as we get closer to November.

Kanye West was spotted at the 2010 U.S. Open with the beautiful Victoria Secret model Selita Ebanks. The couple sat directly infront of the the stars of CW’s Gossip Girls, Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr. Kanye wore a pair of Persol 714 Sunglasses with a white collared striped dress shirt and white pants. These particular Persol sunglasses were made popular by Steve McQueen in the 60′s and have been worn by the likes of Swizz Beatz, Pierce Brosnan, and Zac Efron, just to name a few.
